September brought four Adskeeper product updates: a dedicated agency account, a next generation CPA Tune model, a redesigned engagement metrics setup in campaign creation, and a fully rebuilt publisher dashboard. What does it mean for you? Well, the CPA Tune upgrade alone pushed client revenue up 24.2% on target CPA campaigns in internal testing. Let’s dive in.

What is the Adskeeper agency account?

The agency account is a single workspace for managing every client you run through Adskeeper, instead of one login and one balance per client. This thing beats any spreadsheet, as it allows you to track and control budgets, results, payouts, etc.

From one dashboard, you can:

  • Manage every client account from a single login instead of juggling separate ones
  • Monitor client balances, spend, and campaign performance in real time
  • Create a new client account in a few clicks
  • Run clients in different currencies under one agency account
  • Allocate agency budget across client accounts and reclaim what’s unused
  • Review financial transactions and payment history in one place
  • Pull reports across every account you manage
  • Set user permissions for your team to have access to the right data: admin, financial manager, or viewer

If you’re running more than two or three clients on Adskeeper, this is the account type you want. Check out the agency account page to get started.

What’s new in CPA Tune v4?

Every campaign running CPA Tune is now on our fourth-generation conversion prediction model, live since September 3. All changes are invisible, but you’ll feel it. The model got even better at predicting who’s going to convert.

Four upgrades to how it predicts conversions

  • Recent behavior counts more. The model weighs what a user did in the last 7 and 30 days, not just their long-term history, so predictions track what’s happening now, not months ago
  • Sharper segments. It builds performance signals from specific combinations of publisher, traffic source, OS, teaser, target, and offer, instead of averaging across broad traffic groups
  • Real interest, not campaign labels. User interest is now tracked by the actual teaser category shown, not the parent campaign category. A beauty teaser inside a lifestyle campaign reads as beauty, not lifestyle
  • Content awareness. The model reads teaser titles and category context to judge what’s actually being advertised, not just where it’s placed

CPA Tune upgrade alone pushed client revenue up 24.2% on target CPA campaigns in internal testing.

How do engagement metrics work now?

Engagement Metrics now has its own on/off toggle in campaign setup, marked Recommended, with a live Pixel status next to it: Inactive until you connect the Pixel, Active once we’re reading time-on-site data. A “Get Pixel code” button sits right there instead of buried in settings.

Postback set as the tracking method, with Engagement Metrics turned on for sharper CPA Tune predictions

Engagement signals are one of the strongest proxies CPA Tune has for predicting conversions. The more accounts running the Pixel, the sharper the model gets on your traffic specifically, not just the network average.

Turning it on gets you:

  • A model that reads real engagement, not just clicks, when predicting conversions
  • Instant visibility into whether your Pixel is actually connected
  • One click to grab the Pixel code, no digging through settings

What changed for publishers?

The new Adskeeper publisher dashboard is now the only dashboard. The old one retired on September 1, after the full rebuild: custom reports you build once and reopen in one click, side-by-side period comparison, sub-accounts with per-website access, a reworked payments section with crypto in supported regions, and dark mode.

Nothing you had disappears. Websites, widgets, settings, and payment history all carried over automatically when you switched.

New to the dashboard? The publisher dashboard guide walks through adding a website, creating a widget, setting up a payment method, and building a report, each with a short screencast. For the full feature rundown, see what the new publisher dashboard changes.

FAQ

Do I need to change anything to use CPA Tune v4?
No. It’s live on every eligible CPA Tune campaign as of September 3. No new settings, no migration.
What’s the difference between the agency account and a regular Adskeeper account?
A regular account runs one advertiser. The agency account is a parent workspace that holds multiple client accounts, each with its own balance and currency, managed from a single login.
Can I move money freely between the agency wallet and client accounts?
You can allocate budget from the agency wallet to any client and reclaim what’s unused. Transfers move in the same currency and are capped at what the agency previously sent, not open-ended in both directions.
How do I connect the Pixel for Engagement Metrics?
Turn on the Engagement Metrics toggle in campaign setup, then click Get Pixel code. Status shows Inactive until the Pixel starts sending data, then switches to Active.
