Here’s what it does and how to set it up.

What is an agency account?

An agency account is a dashboard for agencies and teams that manage multiple advertiser accounts on Adskeeper. It combines client overview, budget allocation, money transfers, aggregated reporting, and team access management in one workspace, replacing separate logins for each client account.

In practice: you open one tab and see your whole client book. The clients table shows every account with its balance, spend, campaign count, and creation date. Search by client ID, name, or email, sort it, cut the columns you don’t care about, export the lot to CSV.

Above the table, agency-level metrics track active clients, total spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and CTR, with charts by day, week, or month. The morning check that used to take an hour of hopping between accounts now takes one scroll.

How does agency budget management work?

The agency account uses a central wallet system. You deposit once into the agency wallet, then allocate funds to any connected client through the transfer money panel. There is no need to top up each client account separately or reconcile payments across logins.

Topping up the agency wallet: card, PayPal, Capitalist, Paxum or crypto

This is the part your finance person will love. One deposit, one invoice trail, and budget goes wherever it’s needed: new client spinning up, winner that needs fuel, test that earned a bigger cap.

Clients in different currencies can sit under one agency account, and when currencies differ, the panel shows the exchange rate, the converted amount, and exactly what the client receives before you confirm. A preview step sums up the direction, wallet, amount, and final balances. No surprises, no support tickets.

Pulling money back from a client to the agency works too, with three conditions worth knowing before you plan around it:

  • same currency on both sides;
  • no campaigns in rotation;
  • only up to the amount the agency previously sent in.

Funds a client deposited themselves stay theirs, as they should.

Every operation lands in the finance tab, a full transaction log you can filter by client ID, date range, wallet, and transaction type, then export to CSV.

How do you add clients to an agency account?

New client accounts are created directly from the clients tab using four fields: email, full name, currency, and country. The client is connected to the agency automatically.

Four fields, one click, done.

Creating a client: four fields, plus one checkbox for dashboard access

One checkbox decides who holds the keys. Tick it, and the client gets an email to set up their own dashboard, where they manage campaigns and watch their stats while you keep the agency view. Leave it off, and the account stays fully in-house.

Some clients want hands on the wheel, some just want the monthly report. Both work.

Need to get inside a client account? The client name in the table is a link. Open their dashboard, fix what needs fixing from their side, hit Return to my account, and you’re back.

One client session at a time

You can be inside one client account at a time, by design. It keeps account access clean and client data where it belongs.

Agency account vs separate client accounts

The difference shows up in the daily admin, not the campaign settings. Here is the side-by-side.

How do you get started?

Sign in to the Adskeeper advertiser dashboard and open the agency workspace. Create or connect your first client accounts, fund the agency wallet, and put the budget where it earns.

Automatic top-ups keep the wallet filled so campaigns don’t stall while someone finds the company card.

Already running several Adskeeper accounts for different clients under different emails? Ping your account manager and bring them under one roof. Step-by-step walkthroughs for every panel live in the Adskeeper knowledge base, and you can check which ad formats your clients can run before you allocate the first budget.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the agency account for?
Advertising agencies, affiliate teams, and media buying teams managing campaigns for multiple clients or projects on Adskeeper. If you handle more than two advertiser accounts, it will save you real hours every week.
Does the agency account cost anything?
No. It is a free feature of the Adskeeper platform for advertisers managing multiple client accounts.
Can clients see each other’s data?
No. Each client account is isolated. Clients see only their own campaigns and stats, while the agency sees the full picture.
Can I transfer bonus funds to clients?
Yes. The agency has a main wallet and a bonus wallet, and the transfer panel lets you choose which one to send from when both are available.
Is there an API?
Yes. Agency API credentials are available in settings when API access is enabled for the account, with documentation linked from the same section.
